Heather's experience further includes roles such as Value-Based Contract Ops Manager at Equality Health, and various positions at Cigna, including Director of Provider Contracting. Heather has a robust background in operational management within healthcare, having directed initiatives at Maricopa County Public Health and served in clinical roles with organizations like Partners in Recovery and the Corrections Corporation of America. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Argosy University.
