Donna Higgins-Gardner boasts extensive experience in communications, sales, and community development. Currently engaged in waste and recycling at American Waste Control since September 2022, Donna previously contributed to Bob Mills Furniture as a Sales Associate and worked in real estate as a Realtor at Icon Real Estate and JLA Realty. A significant tenure at IESI/Progressive Waste involved managing public relations and communications across multiple states and provinces. Early career highlights include roles as an Ordained Chaplain at Tentmaker Ministries, Vice President and Co-owner of Whistler Publishing, Marketing Director at Payton Wright Ford, and Executive Director for both the Southlake Chamber of Commerce and the Southlake Economic Development Corporation. Donna holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from Dallas Baptist University and has also attended Oklahoma State University and Tulsa Memorial High School.
