Brooke Hays

Brooke Hays currently serves as the Director of Customer Relations at American Water, where responsibilities include supporting customer support and operations within the regulated business. Previously, Brooke held the position of Director of Engineering at the Military Services Group, focusing on strategic and technical leadership. Prior experience includes managing regulatory performance at PECO, providing engineering support for Exelon plants, and overseeing performance improvement at Exelon Nuclear. Brooke's background also features roles at GE Nuclear Energy in various engineering capacities and an internship as a Project Engineer at Saturn Corporation. Brooke holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
