Dennis Federle

Dennis Federle is an accomplished Labor Relations and Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in managing multi-state HR activities for over 1,000 employees. Since May 2005, Dennis has been with American Water, overseeing employee relations, development, compensation analysis, and labor relations, while administering twenty Labor Agreements. Previous roles include HR Compensation Manager at Correctional Medical Services, Human Resource Manager at Interstate Brands Corporation, and various positions at SBC, INC, contributing to labor and economic analyses for a vast workforce. Dennis also laid the groundwork for human resource operations as Director of Personnel at Missouri Pacific Employee's Hospital Association and taught courses in economics at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Dennis holds a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
