Erin Defibaugh

Erin Defibaugh is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Program Manager for Talent Acquisition at American Water since April 2019, and has previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner within the same organization. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Northeast Recruiting Center Supervisor and Sr. HR Representative at DHL Supply Chain from January 2016 to March 2019, as well as Implementation Manager in the Solutions Deployment Group at Staff Management | SMX from June 2014 to January 2016. Erin Defibaugh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Marketing from Shepherd University, graduating in 2014.
