Heather Hoelting

Heather Hoelting is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer account management and operations within the water and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Accounts at American Water since April 2011, Heather is responsible for the accurate invoicing of $4.3 billion in revenue and customer maintenance across the enterprise. Previous roles at American Water include Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Billing Manager, Collection Manager, and Business Services Manager, each focused on enhancing operational efficiency and revenue collection. Prior to joining American Water, Heather was the Director of Operations at Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc., overseeing multiple portfolios with over $1 billion in receivables and managing a team of 200 employees. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Lindenwood University.
