Jean Pelouze

Jean Pelouze has extensive experience in the water utilities industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Asset Performance at American Water since February 2019. Previously, Jean held various roles at New Jersey American Water, including Operations Supervisor from January 2009, and has a solid background as ITS Business Analyst and Supervisor in earlier positions. Jean began a career with New Jersey American Water in 1987, advancing through roles such as Lead Customer Service Representative and Sr. Customer Service Representative. Jean earned an Associate's Degree in Operations Management from Camden County College between 2011 and 2014, and completed secondary education at Paul VI from 1979 to 1983.
