Karen Mroz-Bremner

Karen Mroz-Bremner is an experienced professional in the fields of acquisitions, analytics, and corporate development, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at American Water since July 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held various leadership positions at Integra LifeSciences from January 2007 to July 2022, including Director of Analytics and Corporate Development and Director of Finance for the Spine Division. Earlier in their career, Karen gained experience as an Equity Research Analyst at Shaker Investments from 1999 to 2006, focusing on Healthcare and Transportation sectors. Karen holds a Ph.D. in Genetics from Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. in BioPhysics from Iowa State University.
