Maddie S. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater projects. Currently serving as a Senior Planning Engineer at American Water since July 2025, Maddie previously held the position of Engineering Project Manager at New Jersey American Water, where responsibilities included managing capital projects and coordinating with Operations. Prior roles include Planning Engineer for water and wastewater, Engineer Associate at Denver Water, and various engineering co-op positions. Maddie also has a strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Drexel University and a Master's degree in Sustainable Engineering from Villanova University, where involvement included teaching and leading research projects.
