Rick Lease

Rick Lease has extensive experience in sales and operations management in the automotive industry. Rick started their career in 1983 at CARQUEST Auto Parts / Advance Auto Parts and held various roles, including store manager, outside sales professional, district manager, General Manager of sales & operations, and Regional Vice President of sales & operations. In these roles, they led teams and managed operations for multiple company-owned stores across different territories. In 2016, they joined V&H Inc. as the National Parts & Service Director, where they oversaw various departments and helped grow the company's parts, service, and body shop locations. In 2018, they joined Advance Auto Parts as the General Manager of D.C. Operations, responsible for leading a team and managing operations for numerous stores in Wisconsin and Michigan. Since 2020, Rick has been working as the Vice President of Sales at American Welding & Gas.

Rick Lease attended Sun Prairie High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies.
