Althea Kelly is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product delivery across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at Amwell since November 2023, Althea focuses on transforming product priorities into actionable plans while enhancing throughput in collaboration with market-facing teams. Previously, as a Sr. Manager Agile Program Lead at Capital One, Althea led the development of a consumer identity platform, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure smooth project deployment. Althea's prior roles include Principal Program Manager at Expel, where responsibilities encompassed cybersecurity project management, and Sr. Director of Business Management at Verizon Media, overseeing the successful operation of a Program Management Office that generated $500M in annual revenue. Althea began a career in program management at AOL, progressing from Sr. Program Manager to Director of Program Management. Althea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Salisbury University.
