Amber Howe is the Chief People Officer at Amwell, where she is responsible for leading and driving people strategies to support the organization’s business priorities. Amber also oversees Amwell’s human resources department, where her team supports all aspects of HR including talent and organizational development, training, culture, recruiting, and total rewards. Prior to joining Amwell, Amber was EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Beacon Health Options, where she served as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, leading HR transformation efforts and supporting people strategy. Prior to Beacon Health Options, Amber held senior HR leadership roles at Santander Bank, TD Bank and Citizens Bank. Her significant accomplishments extend beyond traditional HR competencies, and include achievements in areas of employee performance, training, retention, culture strength and recruiting. Amber received her Bachelors in Social Work from Calvin University, and her Masters of Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.

Amber joins Amwell from Beacon Health Options, where she served as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Her accomplishments extend beyond traditional Human Resource competencies, and include achievements in areas of employee performance, training, retention, culture strength and recruiting.
