Becky James

Becky James serves as the Vice President of Program Development for Automated Care and Behavioral Health at Amwell since January 2023, leading a diverse team focused on creating digital mental health programs and automated clinical conversation tools. Additionally, Becky is the Vice President of Operations at Conversa Health, enhancing patient engagement and outcomes. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Program and Client Operations at Chief, Sr. Director positions at WebMD Health Services, and leadership positions at WellMed, Mattel, Intel Corp, and Microsoft Corporation. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pacific University.
