Caitlin Gillis

Caitlin Gillis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive support and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Director in the Office of the Chairman & CEO at Amwell since March 2021, Caitlin has previously held significant positions including Executive Assistant to the CEO at Drinkworks and Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman & CEO at American Well. Caitlin's earlier career includes a role as Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Parole Board, where collaboration with various agencies was key, and positions at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, including Executive Assistant and Appellate Administrative Assistant. Caitlin began their career in the City of Medford as a Substitute Teacher and Coach, and has also worked as a Case Manager and Administrative Assistant at Crowe Paradis, along with gaining initial experience as a Copy Clerk at the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Caitlin holds a BA in Sociology from Suffolk University and participated in a study abroad program at Macquarie University.
