Erica Diep

Erica Diep is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and product management with extensive experience at American Well from August 2012 to the present, currently serving as Lead QA Engineer for mobile applications. Erica's responsibilities include testing the visual design of web-based applications and managing defect tracking. Prior to American Well, Erica interned at Satcon Technology Corporation, where duties included reconciling Bill of Material reports and overseeing incoming sales orders. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Suffolk University, obtained in 2013.
