Ezra Shim

Ezra Shim is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in software development and education. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Amwell since December 2019, Ezra has progressively advanced through roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Prior experience includes software engineering positions at Bullhorn, starting as a Jr. Sales Engineer and progressing to Software Engineer II. A Ruby on Rails Apprentice at Launch Academy, Inc. contributed to foundational skills in software engineering. Additionally, Ezra held roles in ministry as an Education Pastor at Saenuri Church, focusing on leadership mentorship and community initiatives, and as an Assistant Project Manager at ICSN, INC., where responsibilities included managing client relationships and resolving logistical challenges. Academic credentials include a Master of Divinity in Pastoral and General Ministries from Biola University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
