Hilary Gerety

Hilary Gerety is an accomplished professional with a strong background in support operations and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Support Operations Specialist and Technical Account Manager at Amwell since September 2021, Hilary previously worked at MEDITECH from June 2014 to September 2021 in various roles, including Software Designer, Software Tester, and Senior Application Specialist. In the capacity of Application Specialist, responsibilities included maintenance and support for over 55 hospitals nationwide, focusing on scheduling, authorization/referral management, and patient portal applications. Prior to MEDITECH, Hilary held the position of Program Planner at Isis Parenting from September 2010 to January 2014. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Suffolk University, awarded in 2007.
