Katie Murray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Amwell since December 2018. In this dual role, Katie manages a team while also contributing individually to help strategic clients succeed with Amwell's programs. Prior to this, Katie held various positions at Amwell, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Implementation Manager, where expertise was developed in Virtual Primary Care offerings and client implementation. Before joining Amwell, Katie was the Director of Account Management at EquipNet, overseeing major accounts and driving growth strategies. Additional experience includes project management roles and leadership positions within the Rhode Island Wind Ensemble. Katie earned a B.S. in Music Education with a minor in Theatre from Rhode Island College.
