Kristina Holbrook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Amwell since April 2019, Kristina has held several leadership roles at the company, including Senior Manager of Customer Success & Experience Operations and Director of Marketing Operations. Prior to this, Kristina spent four years at Amwell in various project and program management positions focused on strategic solutions for client services. Kristina's career began at the University of Virginia, where a role as Clinical Trial Project Manager and earlier as Clinical Research Coordinator laid the foundation for expertise in clinical projects. Kristina holds an MBA in Health Sector Management from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and Bioethics from the University of Virginia.
