Orin Morris

Orin Morris is the Vice President of Engineering at Amwell since November 2022, overseeing the engineering efforts for Automated Care, which includes the Conversa and SilverCloud products. Prior to this role, Orin served as the Director of Engineering at Wayfair from December 2018 to November 2022, leading Fulfillment Optimization and Customer Promise, as well as managing the Purchase super pod within Storefront. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering at Swirl Networks until its acquisition by Best Buy in December 2018, and various engineering roles at Oracle as Director of Engineering and lead architect for the Clinical Development Center. Additional positions held include Lead Software Architect at Phase Forward prior to its acquisition by Oracle, and Director of Engineering at multiple organizations including Incipient and Enliven Inc. Orin's career began as a Software Architect at Excite@Home and Sr. Software Engineer roles at Narrative Communications and ON Technology. Orin holds a BSEE and MSCS in Engineering and Computer Science from Tufts University, completed in 1995.
