Tim Russell

Tim Russell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource business partnership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Amwell since April 2023, Tim supports over 1000 employees in a digital health company focused on enhancing healthcare accessibility. Prior to this, Tim held key positions at Bose Corporation, including Director of Human Resource Business Partners, where management of HR resources for product divisions and sales functions was a primary responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as the sole Senior HRBP for Bose’s Home Entertainment Division and as an HR Partner at EMC Corporation, where support was provided to multiple businesses on a large campus. Tim began the HR career at Bose Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist, predominantly supporting manufacturing operations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Bryant University.
