Greydil Tiguera

Greydil Tiguera is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management and technical roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at American Woodmark, Greydil leads a project engineering team focused on enhancing manufacturing operations through various projects, including automation and process improvements. Previous roles include Engineering Manager and Library and Product Engineer at Hollman, Inc., where Greydil supervised engineering teams, drove continuous improvement initiatives, and ensured manufacturability of new product portfolios. Greydil has also worked as an EV Charging Station Specialist at ElectricianPro Green Technology LLC, and held technical positions involving design and project management in previous companies, including Petroquímica de Venezuela and Richland College. Greydil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo and an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Richland Community College.
