Philip D. Fracassa

Philip D. Fracassa serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Timken Company, a position held since 2014, with previous roles including Senior Vice President of Planning & Development and Senior Vice President & Group Controller for Bearings & Power Transmission. In addition, Philip Fracassa is a member of the Board of Directors for American Woodmark, serving on the Audit Committee. Prior experience includes positions at Visteon Corporation as Director of Taxes and various finance and tax roles at General Motors and PwC. Philip Fracassa holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Detroit Mercy, and completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.
