Arthur Lam

Arthur Lam has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Arthur is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Operations & Sales at the American Woolen Company, where they focus on achieving operational performance goals and making informed decisions through technology and analytics. Arthur also has experience at Loro Piana, where they held various roles such as Head of Customer Service, Director of Operations, and Senior Operations Manager. During their time at Loro Piana, Arthur implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations and improve customer experience. Earlier in their career, they served as the Design & Customer Service Manager and Senior Designer at Loro Piana, where they oversaw product development and fabric quality. Overall, Arthur Lam has a strong background in operations, customer service, and product development in the fashion industry.

From 1986 to 1990, Arthur Lam attended the Scottish College of Textiles, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Industrial Design (Textiles).
