Michael Ljungh

Michael Ljungh is an experienced Assistant Principal Cello currently working at American Youth Symphony. Apart from that, Michael is also a Cello Instructor at Vienna Music Institute and operates a Private Cello Studio. With a background in Suzuki pedagogy, Michael has worked as a Substitute Section Cello at various symphony orchestras and has experience as a Stage Manager at Cleveland Institute of Music. Additionally, Michael has previous experience as a Line Cook at RA Sushi Bar Restaurant and as a Team Member at Whole Foods Market. Michael holds a Master of Music in Cello Performance and Suzuki Pedagogy from Cleveland Institute of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Performance-Cello from New York University.
