Dr.premanand Govande

Dr. Premanand Govande is a seasoned professional in the food industry, currently serving as Research and Development Assistant Manager at Americana Foods since December 2022, and Assistant R&D Manager at Global Food Industries since February 2018. With extensive experience in business development, Dr. Govande has held roles at Tastemaker, DSGS FZCo, and Al Kabeer Group of Companies, focusing on sales strategy, product innovation, and competitive analysis across the GCC market. Previous experience includes a tenure as Business Development Manager at Fanar Al Khaleej, where Dr. Govande contributed to various meat projects in the region. Dr. Govande holds a Master of Veterinary Science in Livestock Product Technology and Meat Science, as well as a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Kerala Agricultural University and COVAS, Parbhani, respectively.
