Fernando Dias Soares

Fernando Dias Soares is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Americanas S.A. since September 2024, Fernando previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Domino's Pizza Brasil from June 2020 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Vice-President of Business Units and VP of Commercial Integration for Anheuser-Busch InBev from October 2017 to July 2020, and leading the soft drinks division at Cervejaria Ambev from January 2011 to October 2017. Fernando's career began at Unilever as a Trade Marketing Manager from July 1999 to December 2001. Educational qualifications include a Global MBA from INSEAD (2018) and an Executive Strategy and Innovation certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management (2016).
