Maria Paula Damasceno is an experienced professional in product design and graphic design, currently serving as Product Design Coordinator at Americanas S.A. since May 2019. Maria Paula has effectively led initiatives such as career development plans, knowledge-sharing dynamics, recruitment processes, and operational improvements.
