Rafael Tonelotti

Rafael Tonelotti has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information security. Rafael currently holds the position of Head of Cyber Security Operations at Americanas S.A., where they lead teams responsible for security monitoring, incident response, identity and access management, and offensive security. Rafael is focused on achieving team objectives and contributing to the overall goals of the organization. Rafael develops strategies, manages budgets, and ensures the performance and results of the team. Prior to their current role, Rafael worked as a Cyber Security Manager at Americanas S.A., where they led teams responsible for security operations, incident response, and identity and access management. Before that, they served as a Coordinator of Cyber Security at Santander Global Tech, where they managed a team focused on perimeter security, endpoint security, and identity and access management. Rafael also has experience as a Co-founder and Chief Security Officer at Every System, where they provided information security solutions and incident response services. Rafael has worked as a Senior Information Security Analyst at Produban and AN Global, and as a Network Administrator at Grupo Verisoft and ProScore Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. Rafael started their career as an Assistant in Logistics at CEVA Logistics. Rafael'swork experience has equipped him with strong leadership, management, and technical skills in the field of cybersecurity.

Rafael Tonelotti has a diverse education history in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. In 2021, they attended FIA Business School and completed a program called "Formação de Líderes de Cyber Segurança" in the field of Tecnologia da Informação (Information Technology). Prior to that, in 2013, they pursued a post-graduate program in "Gestão de Segurança da Informação" at Centro Universitário de Jaguariúna - UniFAJ. Rafael Tonelotti also holds a bachelor's degree in "Ciência da Computação" from the same institution, which they completed between 2006 and 2009. Alongside their academic accomplishments, they have obtained multiple certifications in various areas of cybersecurity, including "Security Officer Foundation" from Data Security Serviços em Segurança de Dados Ltda. in 2019, "Leader Training" from Instituto Sievers - Treinamentos e Desenvolvimento in 2018, and "COBIT 5" from APMG International in 2017, among others.
