Emma G. has extensive experience in project management and customer service. Currently, Emma serves as a Project Manager at Americaneagle.com since January 2021, following a role as Project Management Intern. Prior experience includes managing operations at Munster Donuts from August 2015 to January 2021, and providing excellent customer service as a Barista at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® from August 2018 to September 2020, where Emma demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Emma also interned in information technology at Community Healthcare System, gaining insights into healthcare technology, and at Teach IT, leading educational activities for children. Emma holds a degree in Informatics with a focus on Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2020.
