Mary Eaves

Ms. Eaves joined Americare in 1997 when Americare purchased Ashbrook Assisted Living where she was employed. Within a few weeks, Ms. Eaves was promoted to a sales position and a year later continued her career journey by accepting the role of Administrator at the Maple Tree Terrace location in Carthage MO. In 2005, Ms Eaves transferred to St. Peters where she led the team at Spencer Place Assisted Living. Ms Eaves continued to grow within Americare and in 2007 she was promoted to a Regional Director of Operations Position over Southeast Missouri. In 2020 she was appointed as the Vice President of Operations in the Assisted Living Heartland division and currently oversees the operations for all the Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care communities within Americare. With over 28 years of experience in Healthcare, Ms Eaves proudly serves the seniors who reside in the Americare communities.
