Rachel Pelham Serafino has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at Americares, which they began in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at the same organization from August 2021 to July 2022. Rachel also worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Americares from January 2018 to August 2021. Rachel Pelham Serafino holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General, which was obtained from Southern Connecticut State University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Naugatuck Valley Community College between 2008 and 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold several certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in 2023, the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in May 2019, and the TCF - test de connaissance du français, niveau B2 from Centre International d'Etudes Pédagogiques, obtained in April 2016.
