Manolis Alpogianis has been the owner of America's Dog & Burger since March 1996. Prior to that, Manolis was the co-owner of TAG Restaurants from March 1996 to 2016. Manolis graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1993.

In 1993, my brother and I packed up my Jeep and left Chicago taking a road trip across this great country. Although we're known for our Chicago-Style hot dogs, we feature 9 city dogs and 6 burgers that are made the way you'd find them in that city. Black Angus burgers, the highest quality sausages & of course Italian beef are also on the menu. WE'RE A CHICAGO, FAMILY BUSINESS. 3 generations of family owned and operating restaurants around town. America's Dog & Burger has become a dream come true serving a consistent product made from high-quality ingredients in a clean and fresh space that celebrates America's passion (and my family's) for the Great American Road Trip!
