Craig's career at Lowe's Companies, Inc. spanned a decade and included various managerial positions, such as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Department Manager, Sales Specialist, and Administrative Supervisor. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Southern Indiana.
