Erik Warren has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erik started their career in 2004 as an Outside Sales Representative at American Flooring Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for business development, project oversight, and customer service. After that, they worked as a Territory Manager and Manufacturer's Sales Representative at Atrium Windows & Doors, managing sales to large tract builders and homeowners in Arizona. In 2009, Erik became a Sales Representative at 31-W Insulation, where they coordinated sales of building insulation, garage doors, and fireplaces.

In 2010, Erik transitioned to the technology sales industry as an Account Executive at Konica Minolta, specializing in selling document management solutions to the Columbus Metropolitan Area and other regions. Erik'sroles included extensive training and sales to the finance and insurance industries.

Erik's most recent and current position is at America's Floor Source, where they have held various roles since 2011. Erik started as an Outside Sales Representative, selling residential flooring and overseeing installations. Later, they became the Branch Manager, responsible for retail operations. Currently, Erik serves as the President of the Residential Division, overseeing residential sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Throughout their career, Erik has consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver results, provide excellent customer service, and build strong relationships with clients.

Erik Warren completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting at The Ohio State University from 1990 to 1998. Erik then went on to pursue their Juris Doctor degree at Capital University Law School from 2000 to 2004.
