Steve Pitlik

Steve Pitlik is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Stores for Lennox Residential, Steve leads the organization across North America and oversees strategy, new store development, and category management for over 220 Lennox Store locations. Previous roles include Director of Customer Support and Director of Regional Sales, where Steve was instrumental in enhancing customer experiences and managing sales across multiple districts. Prior experience at Dr Pepper Snapple Group involved leading innovation processes and supply chain initiatives, saving substantial costs. Additional leadership roles at Target Corp and Michaels highlight expertise in logistics and transportation management. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Transportation from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
