President/ CEO at America's SBDC

Tee Rowe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. From 2009 onwards, Tee held leadership positions in the small business sector, starting as the President/CEO of America's SBDC, the Association of Small Business Development Centers, where they managed a multi-million dollar budget and oversaw government relations. Before that, Tee worked as the Executive Vice President of the same trade association, representing small business development centers and collaborating with partners in the private sector. Tee also served as the Chairman of the Foundation for Small Business Development, focusing on securing support for nationwide projects to aid entrepreneurs. Prior to these roles, Tee worked as a Principal at RH Consulting and held several positions at the U.S. Small Business Administration, including Associate Administrator and Assistant Administrator, where they were responsible for agency relations with Congress and legislative representation.

C.E. "Tee" Rowe pursued their higher education in a chronological order. From 1975 to 1979, they attended Deerfield Academy, where they did not receive a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they enrolled at Dartmouth College from 1979 to 1983, earning an AB degree in Russian and Political Science. Finally, from 1986 to 1989, Tee Rowe attended Tulane University Law School, where they obtained a JD degree.
