Susana Arango Mesa is a Graduate Intern at America's SBDC since January 2023, focusing on supply chain analysis, financial report generation, and data visualization to identify client vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. Previously, Susana served as a Graduate Instructional Assistant at Texas State University from January 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supporting classroom activities, creating educational materials, and tutoring Spanish students, leading to notable improvements in their grades. Susana's earlier experience at Solla S.A. involved quality assurance documentation, production inspections, and analytical support for process improvements. Susana holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Texas State University and a degree from Universidad EAFIT.
