Zazil Chagoya serves as the Director and Head Hunter Sr. at Human To Home Consulting since March 2017, focusing on innovative HR methodologies for executive recruitment. Additionally, Zazil holds positions as Lead Counselor at America's SBDC and as a postgraduate professor at Universidad Panamericana and ESAN Graduate School of Business, teaching communication and internal communication strategies. Previous experience includes roles as Talent and People Development Manager at Unión de Crédito Concreces S.A. De C.V. and Director of Professional Development for the Gobierno del Estado de Oaxaca, enhancing workplace culture and professional training. Zazil earned a Master's in Communication from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master's in Education and Teacher Training from Instituto de Ciencias de la Educación de la UABJO, and a Bachelor's in Organizational Communication from Universidad Mesoamericana.
