Brent Lea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic program management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at JCB Capital since June 2014, Brent also has a notable tenure at America's Thrift Stores, where roles have included Strategic Program Manager, Donations Project Manager & Analysis, Area Donations Logistics Manager, and Assistant Store Manager since March 2012.
