Amanda Ford has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and organizational development field. Amanda'smost recent position was as the Vice President of People and Culture at America's Thrift Stores, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alabama Goodwill Industries as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Mission Advancement from October 2019 to April 2022.

From November 2011 to November 2019, Amanda worked at Goodwill Industries, starting as the Director of Talent Management and later transitioning to the role of Vice President of Organizational Development. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing HR functions, internal learning programs, and creating operational policies.

Before their time at Goodwill Industries, Amanda held positions at Pier 1 Imports, ASHA, Toys"R"Us, and Target.
