Leah Moore began their work experience in 1996 as a Sales and Customer Service Representative at D&W Food Centers. In 1998, they joined 5/3rd Bank as a Customer Service and Referrals Supervisor until 2005. Leah then worked at Customusic as an Assistant Office Manager from 2005 to 2007. Currently, they are employed at Americhem Inc. as a Lead Customer Service Specialist, a position held since May 2007.

Leah Moore attended Hudsonville High School from 1990 to 1994. After completing high school, they enrolled at Cornerstone University from 1994 to 1996, where they studied music. Following their time at Cornerstone University, Leah pursued their higher education at Grand Valley State University from 1996 to 2001. At Grand Valley State University, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy.
