Kraig May

Kraig May currently serves as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Americo Financial Life and Annuity since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kraig held the position of Deputy General Counsel at MidFirst Bank from February 2005 to May 2023. Additionally, Kraig was Lead Legal Counsel for a Private Family Office from January 2008 to July 2020 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Mee, Mee & Hoge PLLP from 2000 to 2005 and at Philips McFall from 1999 to 2000. Kraig May earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law between 1995 and 1998 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Oklahoma Baptist University from 1988 to 1992.
