Michele Dodd

Michele Dodd currently serves as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Development at VASA FITNESS and is the President of Dodd Consulting, LLC. Previously, Michele held the position of Chief Development Officer and In-House Legal Counsel for Planet Fitness Franchisee, where responsibilities included establishing a Development team and overseeing real estate and lease administration. Michele's extensive experience also includes roles as Vice President of Development and In-House Counsel at Roti Modern Mediterranean, and Vice President of Growth & Development at ULTA Beauty, managing teams and executing growth strategies. Michele's career began in retail real estate with CVS/Caremark and Blockbuster, following a legal foundation as a Real Estate Associate at Piper Rudnick LLP. Michele holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by corporate governance education from Wharton Executive Education.
