Earlier in Aaron's career, the role of Distribution Center Manager at McLane Company involved managing all activities within a distribution center, focusing on the efficient receipt and delivery of goods. Additionally, Aaron spent several years at LMS Intellibound, Inc. as General Manager, overseeing a team of 100 associates, and ensuring contract compliance as a third-party logistics provider.
