With a background in industrial engineering and management, Kaushik has held various leadership positions such as Vice President, Senior Director, and Director in companies like Americold Logistics, LLC., LeanCor Supply Chain Group, and Cervelo Cycles. Additionally, Kaushik has experience in teaching as a Professional Education Instructor at Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University.
