Lorren Yerger

Lorren Yerger serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Americold Logistics, LLC. since June 2022, overseeing talent acquisition strategies for the world's largest publicly-traded real estate investment trust focused on temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Equifax from May 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities encompassed strategic vision for talent attraction across a diverse employee base. Additionally, Lorren held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Dell Technologies - Secureworks, leading global recruitment initiatives from November 2016 to May 2020.
