Kevin Sonnemann has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on information technology and security. Kevin is currently the Director of IT & Security at Americollect since April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Security at The Manitowoc Company from October 2013 to April 2018. Kevin also held positions such as IS Security Manager and IS Security Analyst at The Manitowoc Company from 2008 to 2013. Before that, they worked at UnitedOne Credit Union, where they served as the IT Director from June 2002 to August 2008. Kevin also held roles as Accounting Manager and Accounting Clerk at UnitedOne Credit Union from 1998 to 2002.

For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
