Melissa Zoelle, PMP, MBA, is an experienced IT Applications Manager at Americollect since June 2023, and previously served as a Finance and HR Business Analyst and Financials Team Lead at Lakeshore Technical College from August 2009 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading cloud application updates and facilitating end user testing.
