Tamera Pettitt is a seasoned collections professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Collector at Americollect since October 2016, Tamera has previously held positions such as Senior Account Specialist at Ditech Financial LLC from August 2011 to January 2016, and Senior Collection Specialist at Automated Collection Services, Inc. from October 2001 to August 2011. Tamera began their career as a Collections Specialist at Finance Systems of Green Bay from June 1996 to June 2000. Tamera holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and completed a High School Diploma at Green Bay East.

For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
